Can I view jewellery before ordering?
Private appointments are available at Level 27, 101 Collins Street, Melbourne CBD. Please book ahead so we can arrange the pieces or diamond options you'd like to discuss.
Can I design my own engagement ring?
Yes. Explore your preferred diamond shape, precious metal and setting through our Design Your Ring experience, or book a personal consultation.
Do you offer shipping within Australia?
For Australian orders under A$100, Standard delivery is A$11 or Express A$15. From A$100 to A$1,999.99, Standard delivery is complimentary and Express is A$15. From A$2,000, MARA offers complimentary secure insured delivery with signature required. Available options and charges are confirmed at checkout.
What is the returns period?
MARA offers a 14-day change-of-mind return period for eligible purchases. Some custom or personalised items may not qualify for change-of-mind returns. Please contact MARA to confirm eligibility and arrange a return. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
