Refund policy

At MARA Luxury Jewelry, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we offer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging with all certificates and documentation included.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalised jewellery
• Items that have been resized, engraved, or altered
• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.
