Orders from A$100 to A$1,999.99

Standard delivery: Complimentary
Express delivery: A$15

Orders of A$2,000 and above

Complimentary secure insured delivery, with signature required.

Ready-to-Ship Jewellery

Selected in-stock pieces are available for prompt dispatch following payment and stock confirmation.

Dispatch and delivery times vary depending on stock availability, location, security checks and the delivery carrier.

Custom & Made-to-Order Jewellery

Custom engagement rings and made-to-order pieces require production time before dispatch.

Estimated timelines depend on the design, materials and manufacturing requirements. We will discuss the estimated timeframe when confirming your order.

Tracking & Delivery Security

Tracking information will be provided when available for your selected shipping service.

Orders valued at A$2,000 or more qualify for complimentary secure insured delivery with signature required.
