At MARA Bridal, every piece of jewellery is precious cargo. Each order is packaged in our signature presentation box and shipped fully insured, with signature required on delivery.

Ready-to-Ship Pieces

In-stock items — including selected wedding bands, earrings, chains and tennis bracelets — are dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order.

• Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once dispatched, depending on your location.

Made-to-Order & Atelier Pieces

Many MARA pieces — including engagement rings and items crafted in your chosen carat weight, metal and size — are made to order in partnership with our atelier. Please allow 3–6 weeks from order confirmation to dispatch. [CONFIRM — lead time] We will keep you updated at every stage, and contact you promptly if your piece will be ready sooner or requires additional time.

Tracking & Insurance

Every order is shipped with:

• Full transit insurance to the value of your piece
• Tracking details emailed to you on dispatch
• Signature required on delivery for your security

We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to sign. Orders cannot be redirected once shipped.

International Orders

We currently ship within Australia. International delivery may be available on request for selected pieces — please contact us at [YOUR EMAIL] before ordering and we will confirm availability, shipping cost and any customs duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
