At MARA Bridal Luxury Jewellery, every piece is crafted with meticulous care and undergoes quality inspection before it reaches you. We stand behind our craftsmanship — which is why every MARA piece is covered by our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty. alternatives: 12 months / 5 years
What Is Covered
Our warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing for the lifetime of your piece, including:
- Structural faults in the setting, band, clasp or mounting arising from manufacture
- Stones that loosen or fall out due to a defective setting (not impact or wear)
- Faults in metal integrity, such as porosity or improper joins, arising from manufacture
If a manufacturing defect is identified, we will repair the piece free of charge. If the piece cannot be repaired, we will replace it or offer a remedy consistent with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What Is Not Covered
Like all fine jewellery, MARA pieces require care. The following are not manufacturing defects and are not covered:
- General wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and the natural dulling of metal surfaces over time
- Damage caused by accident, impact, knocks or crushing — diamonds and gemstones are among the hardest materials on earth, but they are not indestructible
- Lost stones resulting from impact, damage or failure to maintain settings
- Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, chlorine, perfumes or harsh cleaning products
- Bent, warped or misshapen bands caused by everyday wear or incorrect sizing
- The natural wearing of rhodium plating on white gold, which requires periodic re-plating (a normal characteristic of white gold, not a defect)
- Damage resulting from work, repairs, resizing or alterations performed by any jeweller other than MARA Bridal
- Loss or theft of the item
Caring for Your Piece
To keep your jewellery at its best, we recommend an annual complimentary inspection with us [CONFIRM — offer annual check-up?], where we will check your settings, clean your piece, and advise on any maintenance. Regular professional inspection helps prevent stone loss and keeps your warranty in good standing.

Contact us at info@marabridalluxuryjewellery.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We will assess the piece — in person or via insured post — and confirm whether the issue is a manufacturing defect. Assessment is free of charge.
