Our configured domestic delivery rates are:
- Orders below A$100: Standard A$11 or Express A$15.
- Orders A$100–A$1,999.99: Complimentary Standard, or Express A$15.

Returns & exchanges
MARA offers a 14-day change-of-mind return window for eligible ready-to-ship purchases. To request a return, please contact MARA within 14 days of delivery, before sending the item back.
Change-of-mind returns may not be available for custom, made-to-order, engraved, resized or personalised jewellery. Return eligibility and instructions should be confirmed with MARA.
